The Inspect-It 1st Report© is generated from a customized and copyrighted software program. Our report is a written and pictorial guide of the visible elements evaluated during the physical inspection. Depending upon the size and complexity of the home, up to 500 items will be reviewed during our inspection process. A summary of the details will be presented in a professional and easy to read format. Our system allows our inspectors to prepare an inspection report unique in design and content. Another advantage of our inspection system is the convenience it provides our customers; our reports can be downloaded from our website, emailed, or hand-delivered.

An Inspect-It 1st Report© will provide prospective buyers peace of mind and may limit price negotiations during the sales process. You'll also have an advantage over other properties the buyer is considering that may not have a report from a licensed home inspector available. We will even assist you in marketing your home! At best, surprise problems uncovered by the buyer's inspector may cause delays in closing, and you will usually have to pay for repairs at the last minute, or accept a lower price on your home. If repairs are needed, you have two alternatives:

You can elect to make the needed repairs, providing our inspection report and documentation that the work was performed (receipts and warranties) to all potential buyers as they preview your home.
