Cleveland, OH, August 10, 2009 - Inspect-It 1st, the nation’s premier property inspection franchise, has partnered with Inspection Support Network (ISN) to provide Inspect-It 1st franchisees with the ISN online scheduling and office management software. All new Inspect-It 1st franchisees will be setup with access as part of their business launch and the rollout to existing franchisees begins in August.

In addition to scheduling, the web-based ISN system supports online inspection agreement approval, report uploading and archiving, credit card processing, business analytics, and email marketing campaign execution. Inspect-It 1st is working with ISN to craft the custom and proprietary “Inspect-It 1st Continuous Communication Plan (CCP),” a series of automated confirmation, satisfaction and referral generation emails that will compliment franchisees’ off-line activities. The CCP will ensure timely and accurate communication between all parties involved with the real estate transaction, making the inspection process even easier and smoother for real estate professionals and consumers.
