Inspect-It 1st® home inspectors receive the best training available by combining classroom instruction and hands-on technical training at our training facility located in Scottsdale Arizona. Our instructors are experienced, licensed inspectors, providing our inspectors with the best and most up to date training available. We also utilize state-of-the-art technology to ensure we provide the customer with the best our industry has to offer. 120 hours of training is the beginning of the Inspect-It 1st® property inspection experience. Our inspectors are required to complete a minimum of 16-hours of continuing education training each year in qualified inspection related programs.
Prior to inspecting their first property each inspector must graduate from the Southwest Institute of Property Inspection, a wholly owned subsidiary of Inspect-It 1st Franchising Corp®. While each home inspector is trained to perform residential and commercial property inspections as a standard, we offer unique products to the buyers, sellers and real estate professional. Many of our inspectors provide additional home inspection services such as mold-detection and air quality testing.
