Why Inspect-It 1st?

Inspect-It 1st’s licensed home inspectors are available 7-days per week and are happy to schedule appointments to meet your needs. We utilize state of the art inspection equipment and reporting software when inspecting your home.

Each of our licensed home inspectors are S.I.P.I. (Southwest Institute of Property Inspection) trained and certified; to receive certification they must complete 120 hours of training; including onsite training, classroom training, and mentoring after completion of the initial training. All home inspectors are required to complete a minimum of 16-hours of continuing education every year.

Each home inspection is performed to ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) and NAHI (National Association of Home Inspectors) standards.

We have been providing home inspection services since 1991 and continue to inspect many thousands of homes every year. You will receive an unbiased and impartial inspection performed by one of Inspect-It 1st’s licensed home inspectors.

Depending upon the size and complexity of the home you will receive a home inspection report between 25 and 35 pages long, detailed with high quality digital photographs and written summaries of the components found within the home.
