We are very proud that John Elson, our Technical Leader and Director of Education, had his article, "Staying Positive in Today's Real Estate Market" featured in the February, 2009 edition of the ASHI Reporter, published by the American Society of Home Inspectors. In the article, John references a quote from Benjamin Disraeli: "The secret of success is constancy to purpose." No matter the business you own, this statement is fundamentally true. I think the reason so many of our franchise owners continue to survive - and even thrive - through the ups and downs of the real estate market when so many do not is related to our constancy. They keep doing the right things, the right way, and people respond to that in any economic climate. We are also constantly assessing our value add to consumers and real estate professionals, consistent with one of Thomas Leonard's 28 Principles of Attraction: "Add Value Just For the Joy of It. When you add value because you enjoy it, people are naturally attracted to you." We simply commit to our clients and business contacts on every encounter.
